Park Rest Health Center

Our mission is to provide a warm and caring environment that encourages our residents to reach their highest level of physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

We are located at 85 Shelby Drive in Savannah, Tennessee. Park Rest opened in 1986. For almost 40 years, the facility has served Hardin County as an employer to citizens of Hardin County and as a caregiver to your loved ones. Through county ownership and experienced leadership, Park Rest has excelled in providing care to its residents and continues to be a leader in the community.

Park Rest is a nursing facility with 62 Medicaid certified beds, licensed by the state of Tennessee to provide 24 hours nursing care to those in need.

Our facility specializes in providing a home to residents that need long term care. In doing this we strive to make our facility feel like home.

We are a member of Tennessee Health Care Association.
